Working theory:
It uses machinery method to form its screen-by-screen piece arranged abreast to form the screen. The roller rotates using the deadweight of the material to screen, the three connecting shaft in the roller are higher than then screen, which can bounce the block materials and consequently improve the screening rate. With the help of the inclined surface of the screen the materials move forward, and fall into the crusher at last. Materials that is smaller than the screen hole falls so that accomplishes the purpose.
PQG series roller screen machine uses 16Mn steel bar to form the screen sieve which has a long life, and it replace the past net screen which the roller screen uses. This machine has a clearing system on the upside of the roller, which can clear the screen sieve while working in case of jam. This can fully improve the screening speed and efficiency.
