Application:
Roller Screen is the screening equipment of transmission system in thermal power plant. As the screening discs rolls, the small sized coal falls into the equipment under the screen through the hole, and over sized materials are pushed forward by rotation of sieve screen and guided to the secondary crusher. This increases the efficiency of crushing.
This machine uses Multi- axes rotation at the same speed, the fluctuant screen discs moves the materials on the screen plate, which has a high screen ratio, big capacity, good seal, low noise, little dust emission for environmental protection. Equipment of overload protection are installed on axes of screen, ensures safe and stable operation.
