Application:

Full automatic vibration ageing device is the ideal equipment of relieving the internal stress of weldment, casting and machining parts. It is also the ideal equipment of replacing the heat ageing and weathering.
Characteristic: 

Stress relieving 75％~90％, which is higher 15％ than heat ageing.
Saving time, processing time is less than 40 minutes

Mechanism of vibration aging:

Vibration aging that is to apply periodic exciting force for handled workpiece makes it produce resonance. After acquired vibration energy, the inside of the workpiece produce microcosmic plastic deformation, which makes restore balance of the tortuous lattice which produce the residual stress.
